APPOINTMENTS

Important: please note, as a "limited service provider", I can only offer appointments to clients whose pets are already registered with a veterinary surgery.

For any urgent matters concerning the welfare of your pet, including sudden deterioration prior to an appointment already booked with me, please contact your usual veterinary surgery or their out of hours service provider without delay.

 Appointments can be requested by phone or online (at least a day in advance for online) by clicking the button on the "BOOKINGS" page below and browsing available appointments on the website diary. For same day enquiries please phone me so I can try to accommodate you as best I can. I allocate 3 hours for each appointment to allow for travel time and an unrushed service. If I am available, I will do what I can to accommodate you, even if it's out of hours.

For online bookings, once I have received notification of an appointment request I will phone you to discuss any specific requirements or concerns you might have about the appointment. I kindly request payment for the appointment in advance, via secure payment link, which will be sent by text. Once payment has been received your appointment is confirmed.

By requesting an appointment you declare that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Service and that you agree to them in full.
