APPOINTMENTS

Important: please note I can only offer appointments to clients whose pets are already registered with a veterinary surgery.

Since I cannot offer 24 hour emergency care or any other veterinary services, this is to ensure that pets that have a booked appointment with me have access to other veterinary services in the interim, including 24 hour emergency care, via their usual registered veterinary surgery should the need arise.  

Thus, for any urgent matters concerning the welfare of your pet, including sudden deterioration prior to an appointment booked with me, please contact your usual veterinary surgery or their out of hours service provider without delay.

 Appointments can be requested online (at least a day in advance) by clicking the button on the "BOOKINGS" page below and browsing available appointments on the website diary. For same day enquiries please phone me so I can try to accommodate you as best I can. Appointments are subject to availability I allocate 3 hours for each appointment to allow for travel time and an unrushed service. If I am available, I will do what I can to accommodate you, even if it's out of hours.

If your appointment is available, I will send you a secure payment link by email or text. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. I will phone you to discuss any specific requirements or concerns you might have about the appointment. 

By requesting an appointment you declare that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Service and that you agree to them in full.
