Home Visit Euthanasia service in and around Berkshire.

Personal, unrushed, in the privacy and familiarity of your own home.

Welcome.

My name is Paula. I am an experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for making the final farewell a peaceful, gentle and moving experience, through my deep spiritual understanding and empathy for our precious pets and the people who keep them.

As pet owners, we all dread that inevitable day when it is time to say the final farewell to a beloved companion. Whilst it is one of the hardest decisions to make, often accompanied by feelings of guilt and fear, it is the final act of love we can do for our pets!

I started My Gentle Home Farewell to provide a personal service to pet owners wishing to have their pet put to sleep in the privacy and familiarity of their own home, when their usual registered veterinary surgery cannot offer the service for whatever reason. I believe performing euthanasia in the pet's home environment should be the 'norm'.

It is a great privilege to lovingly and compassionately ease the suffering of an animal through facilitating a painless and gentle death.

Death can be difficult to talk about, but it can also be incredibly beautiful, spiritual and liberating.
